There are Seven Steps that are recommended for a BRIGHTER FUTURE which are, 1. BREAK A SWEAT 2. EAT LIKE A GREEK 3. EXPLORE THE WORLD 4. WATCH YOUR WEIGHT 5.HIT THE SACK 6. TRY SOMETHING FUN and 7. DIVIDE AND CONQUER. I will explain each one of these in detail day after day.
